This luxuriously large handmade sheet of hanji is made from mulberry blend fiber, made in Korea.  Because SoonJi is an absorbent paper it is ideal for calligraphy,  shōdo, sumi-e, drawing, most printmaking techniques.  If sizing is applied it can be used for mokuhanga- Japanese-style multi block woodblock printing.  Its long length makes it a a fine choice for making everyday household items, like sliding doors, screens, lanterns, and cording for paper basketry used to make woven paper furniture.
