Handmade in Tokushima, Japan of kozo fiber, to start a plain white sheet is folded to 6.5x8.5 inch rectangles, clamped....and then dip-dyed, dried to make this glorious grid pattern in blue and a touch of green !  Gradation of color works great for chigiri-e or painting with paper, and paper collage.

Overall sheet is approximately ~ 24 x 37, ~ 35 g/m².
