This mostly Philippine gampi and abaca paper is handmade in Ogawamachi, Saitama, Japan.   One side slightly smoother than the other.  Slightly translucent and tiny gampi bark flecks far and few apart.  The traditional paper made in Ogawamachi has been designated a UNESCO intangible cultural heritage in 2014.  This paper is lightweight and smooth-perfect for holding detail ink images - like copperplate etching prints.
